Brightly colour coded pedestrian aisles
within the carpark lead to circular stairtowers on the
city wall which access the new city wall to provide safe
pedestrian access directly into Chichester. At night the
towers transform into coloured lanterns to form a striking
composition with the illuminated cathedral spire.
