Croydon The Future
A visionary project that proposes radically transforming Croydon's infrastructure. A peripheral linear park incorporating a new tramway is introduced around the town
centre to link the town's car parks. Wellesley Road, at present a devisive highway, is transformed into a ‘Central Park’ overlooked by a new ‘Millenium Tower’. The existing carparks are crowned by lightweight public structures which will revitalize and give identiy to Croydon.
