A row of beach houses aligning the seafront create an organic edge to the masterplan where the town meets the sea. The beach houses consist of two intersecting volumes one of which contains the living accommodation and is raised on stilts to improve sea views. The other wing has bedrooms and service areas on two levels. The volumes open the building towards the beach and the sea to create a protected terrace outside the living room.
