Koningstein Park Housing
Haarlem
An existing urban block is reonfigured
to create model housing for families and elderly people.
It includes a new public park which links between Kamperstraat
to the west of the site and the River Spaarne to the east.
Koningstein Park is delineated along its northern edge
by 2 storey terraced housing and a series of apartment
‘villas’ along the southern edge.
