Highlands proposes the replacement of the existing hotel by 17 luxury residential units on a prominent cliff-side location on Jersey’s south west coast. Designed in response to the rugged landscape, the sloping facades emerge from the ground like a natural rock formation.The scheme has received favourable reviews from the Jersey Architecture Commission, the local design review panel, and is due to be submitted for planning approval in 2012.
