The Pacemaker
+ Concept House 98
The “Pacemaker” introduces an integrated services module for the housing market. It takes advantage of mass production to provide high quality services as an economic alternative to on-site construction. It can be installed adjacent to an existing building or as the home starter component to which the owner can add living and sleeping space that reflects regional materials and style. Concept House 98 provides the flat pack house to which the Pacemaker is attached.
