Plashet School Footbridge
The bridge is designed to minimise material
cost and disruption to the school’s day to day operation
during construction. The bridge consists of a simple kit
of parts; a simple steel balustrade and deck structure,
steel supports & a light weight fabric cover stretched
over a series of steel hoops. The components were pre-fabricated
off site to reduce cost & ensure speedy construction.
