Somerset House
River Terrace
Restaurant
The summer restaurant is set within six ‘marquee drums’ which provide dining for one hundred guests. The drums have a fabric exterior which can be lifted or lowered to create varying degrees of ‘al fresco’ dining. The structures are designed to be easily demountable and their gaiety contrasts with the fomality of Chamber’s neo-classical stone facade.
