An elegant mixed use building is designed to replace the existing shabby outhouses and complete Highgate High Street with a well mannered ‘flat iron’ building appropriate to its context within the conservation area. The retail provided at street level includes a flower stall at the site apex with a projecting canopy covering a floral display plinth. The ensemble creates a gateway down into Pond Square. A three bedroom maisonette, provided above the shop, is accessed from Pond Square.
