1 Riverside cottage is currently in the final phase of construction works!
The cottage lies adjacent to a mounded flood defence constructed after the 1950’s floods along the east coast of England. To recreate the former relationship enjoyed with the adjacent salt marsh we inverted the living and sleeping arrangements.
