Helen is Architectural Studio Manager at Birds Portchmouth Russum (BPR), where she has been a valued member of the practice since joining in 2011.

With a BA (Hons) in French and Italian, Helen brings a distinctive combination of language, communication and organisation expertise to her role. Prior to joining BPR, she qualified as a language teacher and translator before working as a PA within a City law firm specialising in French and Dutch finance.

At BPR, Helen plays a central role in the day-to-day management of the studio and acts as an important link between the practice, its clients, suppliers and wider community. Her multilingual skills and personable approach enable her to communicate effectively with both English and non-English- speaking clients, contributing to the practice’s strong relationships and collaborative outlook.

Over her years at BPR, Helen has broadened the practice’s expertise and strengthened its engagement with clients and the wider community, making her an integral part of the studio’s continued development.
